The Next Faithful Step Sermon Series
October 7-28

Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your minds, so that you may discern what is the will of God—what is good and acceptable and perfect. - Romans 12:2

The gospel story is inherently a story of transformation, of communities, of individual lives, even the transformation of our understanding of God. This year’s October sermon series will focus on transformation, using the stories of Gideon (who became a courageous warrior), Peter (the rock upon whom Christ built his church), Zacchaeus (the tax collector who became an honest man), and Paul (the former persecutor of the church who became an apostle and founded churches). What do these four men have in common? Their transformation began with their willingness to take the next faithful step.
