WorshipWorship is at the heart of who we are as a church. Through our weekly gathering to praise God, we are reminded of God’s love for us, and we are sent forth as a congregation called to care.
Sunday Morning Worship—8:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. in the sanctuaryThese are services of worship rooted in the Christian and Wesleyan traditions with scripture, preaching, singing and celebration of the sacraments. Holy Communion is celebrated on the first Sunday of the month. Baptisms are celebrated on the fourth Sunday of the month. The 8:30 a.m. service is in the more intimate chapel setting. The 11:00 a.m. service, the main service of worship in our life together, is in the sanctuary. Infant and toddler childcare is available during the 8:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. services. Pre-school and kindergarten children participate in extended session Sunday school after the children's message in the 11:00 a.m. service.
The Point—9:30 a.m., in the fellowship hallThe Point is a contemporary worship service proclaiming God’s word through music, video, and the arts. This service is held at 9:30 a.m. in the fellowship hall. Holy Communion is shared on the first Sunday of each month. Baptisms are celebrated upon request. Infant and toddler childcare is available and school-aged children are encouraged to attend Sunday school classes.
Mid-week Communion—Wednesdays 12:15 p.m., in the chancel area of the sanctuaryThis informal service includes reading and meditating on texts for the upcoming Sunday, as well as a time of intercessory prayer.
