Programs & Activities

Youth Group meets on Sunday evenings during the 4:30—7:00 p.m. evening schedule. Middle school and high school groups meet separately most weeks. Youth group balances fellowship with opportunities to wrestle with how faith in Christ is relevant to daily life. The youth share dinner at 5:30 p.m., at a cost of $3.00. Confirmation Class, for eighth graders who are interested in joining the church, is held each fall through spring, from 9:30 a.m. until 12:00 noon. The classes meet twice monthly, and provide a time that combines education about the church with spiritual formation. It is an active learning experience that uses regular meetings, opening and closing retreats, alternative worship services, mentoring, and conversations with parents as part of a comprehensive faith exploration.
